Atilan is a small team that ships
We started Atilan because most software teams still treat AI as a feature to bolt on at the end. We build the other way around — models, retrieval, and evaluation are load-bearing parts of the architecture from the first sprint.
That approach is not theoretical for us. Bucker, Riobox, and Veloce are our own products, built by the same engineers who take on client work, running against the same standards for uptime and cost.
We deliberately stay small and take on few engagements at a time. The people who scope your project are the people who write the code.
