These terms govern your use of atilan.ai (the “site”), operated by Atilan LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
The site describes Atilan LLC’s software development services and products. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work. Any engagement between us is governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or related systems.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, including through automated scraping that degrades service, denial-of-service activity, or probing for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through the contact form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, and logos are owned by Atilan LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.
5. Our products
Bucker, Riobox, Veloce are separate offerings, each with its own terms of service and privacy policy published on its own domain. These terms do not grant you any right to use those products, and using them means accepting their terms instead.
6. Third-party links
The site links to destinations we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atilan LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the site.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Atilan LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
10. Governing law and disputes

The expected position is that these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and that disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Decide whether to require arbitration and whether to include a class-action waiver.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revision.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
